The service

Nakarat is a quiz game played with short music previews. By using the service you accept these terms.

Music content

Song previews and album artwork are provided by Apple Music and remain the property of their rights holders. Nakarat does not own this content; previews can only be heard during play and every track links back to Apple Music.

Nakarat+ and the Stage Ticket

  • Nakarat+ weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Purchases in the iPhone app are handled by the App Store; cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Purchases in the Android app are handled by Google Play; cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
  • When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current period.
  • A Stage Ticket is valid only for the event of the calendar month in which it was bought.
  • Stage tiers are digital titles shown on the monthly Stage table; they include no keys, discounts, cash or physical prizes.
  • Keys are a virtual in-game currency; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
  • Your statutory rights regarding distance selling and withdrawal are reserved.

Accounts

You can create an account with a username and password or with Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app (Profile → Account settings → Delete account).

Fair play

Scores are verified on the server. If automation, cheating or abuse is detected, scores may be removed and access may be restricted.

Community rules

Nakarat has zero tolerance for profanity, insults, hate speech, harassment and unlawful content. Names are filtered automatically when they are saved. If you see an inappropriate name or behaviour, tap the player on a leaderboard or in your friends list to report them, and block any player you like; blocked players cannot send you requests or invites. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; names that break the rules are removed and the account may be restricted.

Ads

The app (iPhone and Android) only shows an ad when you ask for one: to unlock a locked playlist for a limited time, or to double the keys you earned at the end of a game. There are no forced ads during play. Nakarat+ members see no ads.
